Screws are easy to turn, I think, but take forever. More effort usually corresponds to more time needed, too. It may require little strength and effort, or quite a lot. How easy they are to load varies wildly, depending on how small and light they are but also on the existence of loading mechanisms (pulleys, cranequins, screws, stirrups etc), and how light they are. Sure they’re real, I have one!
